Charges for our expenditure

The prices of your products are made up of the cost of the material and the customary surcharges. These are:

Alloy/metal surcharges

Alloy and metal surcharges are constantly adjusted – in accordance with the situation on the relevant market.

Packaging

EHG takes it for granted that the ordered goods will reach the customer undamaged and on time. So we package the products carefully and professionally. The cost of this service is dictated by the specific product and customer requirements. The packaging costs are indicated in the quotations.

Freight charge contribution

The freight charge contribution depends on the destination. It is usually indicated in the quotations. Specific agreements can be reached in individual cases – such as for deliveries outside the EHG delivery area.

Small quantity surcharge

We impose a small quantity surcharge for orders below EUR 200,--.
